WILLS AND ESTATES & FAMILY LAW LAWYER
Holly Agnew, Lawyer
Holly Agnew was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2003. She received her law degree from Queen’s University in 2002, and articled in Toronto at a full service Bay Street firm. After her call to the Bar, she returned to the firm as an associate in the Corporate Commercial department. She practiced corporate law for almost two years before deciding to make the switch to family law. She is now focusing her family law practice on out-of-court settlements using the Collaborative Family Law process.
In 2023, Holly expanded her services by taking on the Wills and Estates practice established by Evelyn Wheeler, a prominent local lawyer in Almonte and the first female lawyer in Lanark County. Holly is proud to carry on Evelyn’s long tradition of service and excellence.
Holly volunteers with Holy Name of Mary Parish in Almonte, and spends all of her free time with her husband and children, usually driving kids around Mississippi Mills or attending football games and judo tournaments.
